great chair
This is a great chair. the neck rest, arms(up, down, and side to side) , height, are all adjustable. when my friends sit in it they want it and usually end up fighting over who sits in it. Some people complain about this chair forcing there neck down or things like this. personally i haven’t had this problem. and this is an ergonomic chair it is meant to help your poster and pains you get from sitting in normal chairs. You get what you pay for never forget that.
Freedom from pain chair
The fact that I spend at least 6 hours a day sitting in this chair and don’t have back, neck or shoulder pain is a testiment to the way it’s built. The lumbar support is better than any chair I’ve ever had before. The ease of changing the armrests is a great feature. The wave fabric stays clean and has a cooler feel than leather. There are so many adjustments you can make it will fit most any body type.
I would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a comfortable sit.

Since our office has gotten these chairs, I have less back and neck pain. Very comfortable and worth every penny!!!
Did a lot of research, wish I had tried it first.
I did a lot of reading of reviews and ratings on Amazon, Google and other sites. Wish that I had tried it out first, though. The seat does not have enough cushioning, which makes me sore to sit in it for more than an hour. The seat also tilts down a bit so there is a slight feeling of your trousers pulling up. The back also does not not lock into place. The arms are cheap and make a lot of noise.
I can see where they did try to design this well, but it is not worth the money.
Terrible!
This chair looks really neat, but it is terrible. The company boasts that there are only 5 adjustments on the chair making it simple to tailor to a person. However, because there are so few adjustments, one is forced to accept a forever semi-reclined position. There is zero upper back support unless you are leaning very far back in the chair. It is a lousy, lousy design. There is no way to adjust the tension, no way to adjust the preferred seating angle, no way to adjust the amount of lumbar support. I can’t imagine people give this chair any stars. There is only one word for this chair, terrible! Can I have my money back?
